Has 15 years consulting experience across a range of industries including transport, tourism, finance and utilities, to a number of blue chip organisations including Transpower, Genesis Energy, Wellington International Airport, NZ Post, Fonterra, Halifax Bank and Ministry of Justice. Previously held various senior management roles at Electricorp, ECNZ and Synergy International.

Has nearly 30 years international experience in the consumer goods and telecommunications industries and held senior financial, commercial and technology roles in large multi-national businesses located throughout New Zealand, Europe, Eastern Europe and Africa. Currently sits on the boards of Mix Cosmetics, Apollo Foods Limited, Insightful Mobility Limited, Nexus Foams Limited, Tegel, Competenz and Cavalier Bremworth. Also chairs the Business Leaders Health and Safety Forum and the Workplace Related Health Advisory Board for WorkSafe New Zealand.

Currently a Managing Partner of Pencarrow Private Equity and has more than 30 years’ experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to joining Pencarrow, was a partner with investment bank, Cameron Partners, and earlier an executive at Fay Richwhite. Is a council member of the New Zealand Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and currently sits on the boards of Seequent, MMC, Bearing360 and Netlogix.

Jonathan Goldstone

Currently a Partner at Pencarrow Private Equity and heads the firm’s Auckland office. Previously with Morgan Stanley, he advised on the structuring and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestments and capital markets transactions. Commenced his career with UBS’s investment banking division, working in both Auckland and New York. Jonathan currently sits on the board of Avanti Finance, The Collective, Netlogix and Umbrellar.

Responsible for ensuring the expectations of our customers are met or exceeded and for leading the service culture within the freight management services division. Has over 10 years experience in the logistics industry including 5 years with NZL performing customer service and supporting the despatch team. Worked previously for Linfox Logistics, Auckland District Health Board and Danzas AEI. Aleisha has extensive knowledge and experience of customer requirements in road transport.

Responsible for finance and accounting operations. Previously held Group Accountant role for 5 years at NZX listed Renaissance Corporation. Brings more than 22 years of accounting and finance experience across a range of industries and companies including Pacific Retail Group, Geac Computers NZ Ltd and Just Water New Zealand Ltd.

Brendan Hickman

MANAGER CARRIER DEVELOPMENT

Responsible for our carriers on a day-to-day basis specifically around safety, service and cost along with the development of key domestic networks for our growing customer base. Has previously been with Netlogix as Manager Operations. Has extensive experience in the transport industry with operations management, continuous improvement of processes and systems, procurement and business development through the various roles he has held at Nexus Logistics, Halls Intermodal Transport, Pacifica Shipping, Provincial Freight Lines, New Zealand Couriers, Fliways and J D Lyons Transport.

Bryce Spencer

MANAGER BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND ANALYTICS

Responsible for recognising and identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enable a business to perform to its optimum ability. Responsible for discovering and providing meaningful communication of data to quantify performance. Has over 10 years’ experience in the logistics industry, including 7 years at DTL, K&S Freighters, and Post Haste Couriers. Previous roles include Master Data Manager, Finance Manager and Accountant.

Edwin Dench

MANAGER NATIONAL FREIGHT HUB OPERATIONS

Responsible for day-to-day management of export/domestic freight warehousing and cross docking services. Has 15 years experience with FMCG at Gilmours, Mei + Picchi, Americold QSF – Manu Tapu. Has experience developing warehouse structure, format and efficiency flow through conceptual and physical stock holding, as well as implementation of formatted markers to unify stock maintenance through procedure and development.

Responsible for identifying, assessing and implementing industry leading technologies for Netlogix, our customers and suppliers. Has considerable knowledge and experience in logistics, supply chain and their systems. Worked previously at Lion Australia and NZ, Scott’s Australia, Harrison Manufacturing, Dyno Nobel AU, Datamail and BP.

Responsible for day-to-day management of container logistics, cross docking and warehouse services. Has extensive background in inter island container logistics, and warehousing. Worked previously, as Operations Manager for Metropack Auckland, Operations Manager for Cubic Transport Services, Transhipment/ Export Manager for Tapper Transport. Joined Netlogix from Ports of Auckland Multi-Cargo Operations team.

Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing commercial, business development overview and direction. Has extensive experience in the logistics industry both operationally and strategically. Has held senior roles at Autex Industries as Global Logistics Manager and DTL as Network Operations and Optimisation Manager.

GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS

Responsible day-today operations management and service delivery as well as provide commercial, business development overview and direction. Joined Netlogix from Toll Group where he was a National Transport Manager for their Freight Forwarding Division. Prior to this, held various senior operational, strategy, compliance and management roles, at companies such as Linfox NZ, Toll Tranzlink, Mainfreight, Combined Haulage and NZL Transport.

Ronnie Moore

GENERAL MANAGER - SOUTH ISLAND

Responsible for day-to-day management of warehouse operations and identifying new business opportunities in the South Island. Has over 26 years in the logistics industry - freight forwarding, shipping, road transport and port management. Joined Netlogix from Toll Global Forwarding, based in Singapore, where he was the Global Head of Trade Lane. Has also worked previously at Maersk, Hellmann World Wide and Ceva Logistics.

MANAGER HEALTH, SAFETY, COMPLIANCE AND RISK

Responsible for day-to-day management of health, safety and compliance management for Netlogix customers, contractors and staff with a focus on risk management. Work for 12 years as a sheet metal and structural design engineer for Ford Motor Company before moving to NZ to work as a Quality Manager for a NZ tech company. Transitioned into Health and Safety and has worked for various industries including chemical manufacturing, health care (District Health Board), facilities management and transport.

Responsible for conceptualising and developing new solutions to work within or beyond existing business requirements. Has acquired considerable knowledge on the Netlogix business model and industry practices through his background as a business and systems analyst at Netlogix since his employment as a graduate in 2013.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Previously General Manager at Dairy Transport Logistics (DTL - division of CODA), Tony joined Netlogix in November 2016 and is responsible for business strategy, growth and our operating model. He has extensive experience in domestic and international transport logistics markets, where he spent 12 years in the shipping industry, followed by a further 7 years at Fonterra, where he held various shipping, transport and logistics management positions.
