Also holds a directorship with Bearing360 and is a Past President of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport in New Zealand.

Mark Rogers

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / COMMERCIAL & IT MANAGER

Has 15 years consulting experience across a range of industries including transport, tourism, finance and utilities, to a number of blue chip organisations including Transpower, Genesis Energy, Wellington International Airport, NZ Post, Fonterra, Halifax Bank and Ministry of Justice.
Previously held various senior management roles at Electricorp, ECNZ and Synergy International.

Nigel Bingham

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Currently a Managing Partner of Pencarrow Private Equity and has more than 30 years’ experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
Prior to joining Pencarrow, was a partner with investment bank, Cameron Partners, and earlier an executive at Fay Richwhite.
Is a council member of the New Zealand Private Equity & Venture Capital Association and currently sits on the boards of Seequent, MMC, Bearing360, RedShield, NZ Frost Fans and Netlogix.

Jonathan Goldstone

Currently a Managing Partner at Pencarrow Private Equity and heads the firm’s Auckland office.
Previously with Morgan Stanley, he advised on the structuring and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestments and capital markets transactions.
Commenced his career with UBS\'s investment banking division, working in both Auckland and New York.
Jonathan currently sits on the boards of Avanti Finance, Skin Institute, The Collective, Netlogix, and Umbrellar.

George Adams

Has nearly 30 years international experience in the consumer goods and telecommunications industries and held senior financial, commercial and technology roles in large multi-national businesses located throughout New Zealand, Europe, Eastern Europe and Africa.
Currently sits on the boards of Mix Cosmetics, Apollo Foods, Insightful Mobility, Mars Manufacturing, Nexus Foams, Tegel, Competenz, Cavalier Bremworth and ArborGen.
Also chairs the Business Leaders Health and Safety Forum and the Workplace Related Health Advisory Board for WorkSafe New Zealand.

Vaughan Busby

Vaughan as 25 years’ experience in debt and equity markets advising on structuring and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, corporate restructuring and capital markets.
He was a director at Ferrier Hodgson, Infratil Energy Australia, Lumo Energy, HRL Morrison & Co, Perth Energy & Ergon Energy Retail. Currently Principal of Rearden Capital and Chairman of Netlogix Australia.
Vaughan also sits on the boards of Energy Queensland, Australia’s largest energy company; and ASX listed Energy One, a global vendor of hedging, trading and risk management software.
Vaughan graduated from IMD business school in Switzerland.

Works closely with the CEO, Board and management team to drive and support the strategy and growth agenda while overseeing the company’s finance function.
Is an experienced commercial leader, providing strategic vision and tactical execution to enhance revenue growth, embed operational excellence and improve quality, capability and opportunity.
Held a senior role with TOMRA Food/Compac Sorting Equipment as Group CFO and was at EY for more than 20 years providing Professional and Transaction Advisory Services.

Tony Smith

GROUP CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Previously General Manager at Dairy Transport Logistics (DTL - division of CODA), Tony joined Netlogix in November 2016 and is responsible for business strategy, growth and our operating model.
He has extensive experience in domestic and international transport logistics markets, where he spent 12 years in the shipping industry, followed by a further 7 years at Fonterra, where he held various shipping, transport and logistics management positions.

Sagi Adiv

CHIEF PRODUCT & TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Previously General Manager of Product and Data at Xero and Head of Product and Technology at SmartPay.
Sagi joined Netlogix in August 2021 to lead and develop its product and technology strategy and support the company\'s growth agenda.
Sagi has over 20 years of leadership experience with different global software companies.

Matt Hodgson

GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS AND GROWTH - NZ

Responsible for day-to-day operations management, carrier development, customer integration and providing commercial business development overview and direction.
Has extensive experience in the logistics industry both operationally and strategically.
Has held senior roles for more than 8 years at various well known NZ companies including Fluidex, Autex Industries as Global Logistics Manager and at CODA as Network Operations and Optimisation Manager.

Murray Atkin

GENERAL MANAGER HSE, SUSTAINABILITY AND 3PL - NZ

Responsible for HSE compliance and sustainability initiatives as well as warehousing and cross-dock operations across NZ supporting our transport network and customers with storage requirements.
Joined Netlogix from Toll Group where he was a National Transport Manager for their Freight Forwarding Division.
Prior to this, held various senior operational, strategy, compliance and management roles, at companies such as Linfox NZ, Toll Tranzlink, Mainfreight, Combined Haulage and NZL Transport.

Travis Heinemann

COUNTRY MANAGER - AUSTRALIA

Travis is responsible for the strategic, commercial and operation overview of NGX Australia.
Has a vast knowledge in logistics / warehousing with over 20 years of experience spanning all over Australia.
Travis understands the urgency in client’s requirements and is extremely customer focused which allows him to drive proactive outcomes.
Previously Travis was Logistics Manager at ACFS Port Logistics and E-solutions and prior to that worked with the Woolworths Group for many years.

Jonathon Shorter

GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS - AUSTRALIA

Jonathon is responsible for day-today operations management in Australia and service delivery as well as providing commercial, business development overview and direction across Australasia.
Has worked in Supply Chain for 17+ years ranging from international shipping, container logistics, movement of construction materials, road transport and warehousing.
Jonathan has worked with Netlogix since its incorporation in New Zealand in 2013.
